2. Counter-Notification

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which may be found.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications must be sent to the same DMCA Agent listed above.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
